ABOUT US

Helping You Reclaim Your Polish Heritage

We are an international practice dedicated exclusively to Polish citizenship by descent. Our New York office handles your assessment, the archival research and your documents; the proceedings themselves take place in Poland, conducted by lawyers admitted there. Our mission is to help individuals and families reconnect with their Polish roots and secure their rightful citizenship.

Our Practice

Our practice focuses entirely on Polish citizenship cases under the Act of 2 April 2009.

We combine knowledge of Polish citizenship law with in-depth genealogical research to build strong, well-documented cases that stand up to review by Polish authorities.

Every case is handled with precision, integrity, and personal attention from start to finish.

Our Office

This is a client office: it is where your case is assessed, where your documents are collected and prepared, and where you reach us. It is not a law office. No legal advice is given from it, and no United States law is practised here.

Our Working Methodology

Eligibility Assessment

We map your family history and establish which period of Polish citizenship law governs your chain.

Archival Research

Our team locates and collects the necessary documents from Polish and foreign archives and registries.

Filing in Poland

We prepare the complete file. It is filed and conducted before the Polish authorities by a lawyer admitted in Poland, under a power of attorney you sign.

Follow-Up & Resolution

We manage all correspondence and follow up with authorities until a final decision is issued.

The Importance of Archival Research

The success of a case depends almost entirely on the completeness of the archival research. Special attention is required for emigration before 1951, when naturalization abroad or foreign military service without authorization could have broken the genealogical chain.

Our Team & Trusted Collaborators

We work with experienced Polish-speaking attorneys, professional genealogists, and archival researchers in Poland and abroad.

Polish-Speaking Attorneys

Our legal partners in Poland are experienced in citizenship law and administrative proceedings.

Professional Genealogists

We collaborate with experts who specialize in Polish genealogy and historical record retrieval.

Archival Researchers

Our researchers have extensive experience working in state, church, and military archives across Europe.
